The first couples retreat last year was a blast! This year is going to be even BETTER!!
Right now we are planning on it being in Orem, Utah! We need to get a good count Very soon!! ALL RSVP's NEED TO BE IN BY FEBRUARY 2, 2011.
RIGHT NOW LODGING WILL MOST LIKELY BE AT HAMPTON INN IN OREM UNLESS SOMEONE IS WILLING TO RENT THEIR CABIN OR VACATION HOME FOR A GOOD PRICE
At this point in time we are looking at the 18th-19th of March. THE TENTATIVE PRICE (I say this because if it is in a hotel and you choose to stay there overnight it could be more) IS 40 dollars. This includes food and childcare
The first night we just hang out and have a fun partay, get to know eachother and tell our stories (last year we were up till 2...no joke!!)
The second day we have some panels, a raffle, and food. This years keynote speaker will be Lindsey Redfern of The R House! We will have a birthmother panel and a legal panel as well!! There will be childcare provided as well!!
So come one come all. (if you aren't yet an adoptive couple but are thinking about becoming one this would be a great place to get some answers! )
